Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour
    3 3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 sticks butter or margarine
    6 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 unbaked (9-inch) pastry shells
Preparation
    Mix the flour, sugar and salt and sift well.
    Next, add the 2 sticks of butter/margarine to the dry mixture and add the eggs next.
    Last, add the buttermilk and stir into flour-sugar mixture by hand.
    Pour this mixture into 2 unbaked pie shells.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    This recipe will make 2 pies.
