Olive Garden Alfredo Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
    2 c. heavy cream
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    1 (12 oz.) box fettuccine pasta
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Melt butter; add cream, garlic powder and pepper.
    Simmer for 10 minutes or until thick.\tAt the same time, cook pasta.
    When alfredo has reached your desired consistency, stir in Parmesan cheese.
    Drain pasta and serve with alfredo sauce.
