Hamburger Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 9 inch pie shell
    1 lb hamburger
    1/3 c. minced onion
    1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
    3 eggs
    1 c. canned milk
    1/8 tsp pepper
Preparation
    Prepare pie shell.
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Brown hamburger meat in skillet, then drain off excess fat.
    Mix meat and onion; reserve a small amount and place remaining meat mixture in pie shell. Sprinkle cheese over meat; beat eggs, milk and seasoning and pour over meat and cheese.
    Bake 15 minutes; reduce oven temp to 300 and bake 30 minutes longer.
    Sprinkle remaining meat on top and bake 5 more minutes.
    Let pie stand 10 minutes.
