Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, chopped fine
    1/4 stick butter or margarine
    1 can chicken broth
    1/2 can water
    8 oz. can mushroom stems and pieces
    1 3/4 c. white rice
    parsley flakes, salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter.
    Add broth and water.
    Simmer for about 5 minutes.
    Add mushrooms with juice included.
    Mix uncooked rice, parsley flakes, salt and pepper in casserole dish.
    Pour liquid ingredients into casserole and stir.
    Cover and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for one hour.
