Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 stalks celery
    2 or 3 onions
    4 potatoes
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 Tbsp. parsley, dried
    milk
    3 Tbsp. oil
    instant potatoes
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Peel and chop potatoes. Boil until done. Drain; salt and pepper potatoes.
    Add parsley. Then add margarine and milk to cover potatoes. Set aside.
