White Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. shortening
    3/4 c. milk
    3 unbeaten egg whites
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Add milk, eggs, shortening and vanilla.
    Mix well.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until done.
