Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. light cream
    2 tsp. self-rising meal mix
    pinch of salt
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/3 c. melted butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs until lemon colored.
    Add sugar.
    Beat and add 1/2 cup of light cream.
    Add other ingredients.
    Pour in unbaked pie shell (9 to 10-inch size).
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Before baking, add fresh grated nutmeg on top, if desired.
    Serves 8.
