Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 onion, chopped
12 tortillas
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 large chicken (fryer)
1 large bell pepper, chopped
1 lb. shredded cheese
Preparation

Cook and debone chicken.
Cook onion and pepper in broth where chicken has been cooked until tender.
Combine pepper, onion, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup and tomatoes in a large bowl.
