Congealed Waldorf Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin dessert mix
    dash of salt
    1 c. boiling water
    3/4 c. cold water
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. diced unpeeled apple
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped pecans
    mayonnaise
    honey
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin and salt in boiling water. Add cold water and lemon juice. Chill until thickened but not set. Stir in apples, celery and nuts. Chill until firm. Make dressing of mayonnaise mixed with enough honey to make consistency of salad dressing. Serve with the congealed salad.
