Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 eggs
    3/4 c. vegetable oil
    3 c. grated carrot
    3/4 c. chopped nuts and/or 3/4 c. raisins
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.
    Mix in eggs and oil. Add carrots, nuts and raisins.
    Pour into greased Bundt pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
