Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. soda
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. shortening (Crisco or Wesson oil)
    1 pkg. dry yeast, dissolved in 1/4 c. warm water
    2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Combine and mix.
    Pat out on floured board.
    Cut and put in lightly greased pan.
    Bake about 15 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Makes 3 to 4 dozen rolls.
