Creamy Strawberry-Lemon Squares - cooking recipe

1 1/2 c. finely crushed graham crackers
1/2 c. sugar, divided
6 Tbsp. margarine
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3 c. milk divided
2 (4 serving size) pkg. Jell-O instant lemon pudding
1 (8 oz.) tub Cool Whip strawberry topping
Preparation

Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and butter until well blended.
Press onto bottom of 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
Beat cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar and 1/4 cup milk until blended. Spread over crust.
Pour 2 3/4 c. milk into large bowl.
Add pudding mixes.
Blend well.
Pour over cream cheese layer.
Let stand 5 minutes or until thickened.
Cover with whipped topping. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight before cutting.
