Tortilla Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. oleo
    3/4 c. flour
    5 c. chicken stock
    1 c. warm milk
    1 c. half and half
    1 fryer or 4 chicken breasts
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
Preparation
    Melt butter, add flour until blended.
    Add 2 cups broth, milk and cream slowly.
    Cook until it thickens.
    Add taco seasoning mix.
    Add remaining 3 cups broth and chicken.
    Serve with sliced avocado, grated Monterey Jack cheese and tortilla chips crunched on top of individual servings.
