Sate Ayam (Chicken Satay Indonesian Style) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 shallots
    10 candle nuts (optional)
    8 garlic cloves
    7 lb. chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
    1 c. water
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    salt as needed
    2 c. sweet soy sauce (substitute 1 c. oyster sauce with sugar as needed)
    2 red hot chili peppers
    2 lb. roasted peanuts, ground to paste
    1/4 c. lime juice
Preparation
    You will need barbecue sticks (bamboo skewers).
