Apricot Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large box apricot jello
1 - 20 oz. can crushed pineapple
1/2 cup sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
2 jars apricot Jr. baby food
1 can evaporated milk
chopped nuts, optional
Preparation

Mix jello, pineapple with juice, and sugar together. Simmer mixture for 5 minutes. Add cream cheese and baby food. Stir until cream cheese is smooth. Refrigerate until mixture starts to gel. Then whip evaporated milk until fluffy and add to mixture. Sprinkle with nuts and chill.
