Beet Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large cans diced beets
1 large onion, chopped very fine
1 tsp. lemon juice
about 2 Tbsp. vinegar
sugar
salt and pepper
mayonnaise
Preparation

Mix together all ingredients, judging the amount of vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper according to your taste.
Chill well before serving.
It should be creamy and tangy.
