Classic Tuna Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope chicken noodle soup mix
    2 1/2 c. boiling water
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    dash of pepper
    1 can tuna, drained
    2 c. canned peas, drained
    1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    In a small saucepan, combine soup mix and water.
    Heat to boiling.
    In a medium saucepan, over low heat, melt butter; blend in flour and pepper.
    Gradually stir in hot soup and cook until thickened.
    Add tuna and fold in peas.
    Turn into a greased 1 1/2-quart dish.
    Top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake 15 minutes until heated through.
