Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

                            2 lb. pkg. frozen hash browns
16 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. grated cheese
1/4 c. diced onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 stick margarine
Preparation
- 
                            Thaw potatoes. Melt margarine. Mix together. Add remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Bake in a greased casserole dish at 350\u00b0 for an hour.
