Rhubarb Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. fresh rhubarb pieces
2 c. sugar
1 c. flour
2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 large egg
1/4 c. oatmeal
Preparation

Mix rhubarb with 1 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons flour and 2 tablespoons butter and place in 8 or 9-inch pan.
Let stand while mixing 1 cup sugar, salt, 1 cup flour, large egg (beaten), baking powder and oatmeal.
Place on top of rhubarb mixture and shake down through.
Bake 40 minutes at 375\u00b0.
