Country Grits And Sausage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. uncooked quick grits
4 c. (16 oz.) shredded, extra sharp Cheddar cheese
2 lb. mild, bulk pork sausage, cooked, crumbled and drained
10 eggs
1 1/4 c. milk
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
-
Bring water and salt to boil; stir in grits.
Return to boil. Reduce heat.
Cook 4 minutes.
Combine grits and cheese in a large bowl.
Stir until cheese is melted.
