Pineapple Puddingwestboro, Missouri - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. pineapple juice
    Juice of 1 lemon
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. corn starch
Preparation
    Cook until clear.
    Remove from fire and stir in beaten yolks of 2 eggs, then fold in beaten whites and 1 c.
    pineapple chunks. Set in slow oven in a buttered baking dish for 20 minutes.
    When cool, top with whipped cream or Cool Whip and pineapple dices.
