Missouri Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. cut-up chicken
    2 pkg. Good Seasons Italian dressing
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. softened butter
    1 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. pancake mix
    1 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Wipe chicken dry.
    Make paste of Italian dressing, flour, salt, lemon juice and butter.
    Brush on chicken.
    Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
