Fresh Peach Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. hot water
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. sugar
1 small pkg. peach jello
2 c. (heaping) sliced fresh peaches
9-inch graham cracker pie shell or 1 deep dish baked pie shell
Preparation

Mix hot water, cornstarch and sugar and bring to boil.
Add peach jello.
Mix well.
Add sliced fresh peaches to hot jello mixture and pour into pie shell.
Chill and serve with dollops of Cool Whip.
