Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
1 pkg. lemon or orange Jell-O (can use sugar-free)
1 pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 container Cool Whip
Preparation

Heat pineapple with Jell-O to the boiling point just until the Jell-O is dissolved; let cool.
Mix softened cream cheese and Cool Whip; gradually add pineapple-Jell-O mixture until well blended. Chill several hours or may be frozen.
