Jay'S S.O.S. - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 large onion, diced
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. half and half
    1 Tbsp. flour
    bread
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Fry onion and hamburger in a large frying pan.
    When done, push hamburger to one side of pan.
    Melt the remaining butter in frying pan.
    Add and mix the flour.
    Slowly add the milk and half and half.
    When sauce starts to thicken, mix the hamburger with the sauce.
    Sauce should be nice and thick.
    Add salt to taste. Serve over toast.
