Viennese Cocoa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. cocoa
    1/8 tsp. salt
    3 c. scalded milk
    2 to 4 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. boiling water
    1/2 tsp. each: cinnamon and vanilla extract
Preparation
    In saucepan, combine cocoa, sugar and salt.
    Slowly stir in boiling water.
    Pour in milk, stirring.
    Over medium-low heat, heat cocoa until tiny bubbles form.
    Remove from heat.
    Add cinnamon and vanilla.
    Beat until foamy before serving.
