2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. cooked sweet potatoes
1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Sift together flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg.
In a large bowl cream together butter or margarine and sugar until fluffy.
Add vanilla and sweet potatoes. Mix well.
Gradually stir in sifted ingredients.
Fold in nuts. Drop batter by teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheets.
Bake 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
