Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. carrot sticks (about 2 lb.)
    1 medium onion, sliced
    2 bell peppers, sliced
    1 can tomato bisque soup
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. Worcestershire
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook carrots slightly, allowing to boil 3 to 5 minutes.
    Drain at once.
    Place cooked carrots, raw onions and peppers in layers. Cover with marinade.
    Prepare at least 12 hours in advance.
    Will keep in covered container in refrigerator for 2 weeks.
