California Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (16 oz.) bags frozen veggies (broccoli, cauliflower and carrot blend)
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1/2 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1 row Townhouse crackers, crushed
    1/2 stick butter
Preparation
    Microwave veggies according to package directions.
    Drain well when cooked.
    In a medium saucepan, melt cheese and milk until completely melted.
    Pour over veggies; mix well.
    In a skillet melt butter and brown crushed crackers.
    Top veggies with crackers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until top is browned and bubbly.
