Paula'S Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. yellow squash or 2 pkg. frozen
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 large grated carrot
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
    1/4 c. butter
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook squash and onion until tender.
    Drain.
    Mash squash.
    Add soup, sour cream, carrot, salt and pepper.
