Herbed Baby Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. small red or new potatoes, scrubbed, unpeeled and quartered
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. fresh, minced parsley
    1 tsp. dried oregano
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a 2-quart casserole, toss potatoes in oil to coat each piece.
    Add remaining ingredients, except parsley, for garnish.
    Toss to coat evenly.
    Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Garnish with parsley.
