Layered Strawberry Cheesecake Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. graham cracker crumbs
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. reduced calorie margarine, melted
    1/2 c. water
    4 eggs
    1 (16 oz.) carton low-fat cottage cheese
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. instant nonfat dry milk powder
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/8 tsp. salt
    4 c. fresh strawberries, washed and hulled
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. unsweetened orange juice
Preparation
    Combine first 3 ingredients; press evenly into bottom of 9-inch spring-form pan.
    Combine next 9 ingredients in container of electric blender; process 1 minute or until smooth.
    Pour into crust.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Turn off heat and leave in oven 1 hour.
    Set aside to cool.
    Arrange strawberries on top of pie. Combine cornstarch and orange juice in saucepan, stirring well. Cook over low heat 1 minute or until thickened and clear, stirring constantly.
    Cool.
    Pour glaze over strawberries; chill.
    Makes about 12 servings.
