Eclair Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. French vanilla instant pie filling
    9 oz. Cool Whip
    1 box graham crackers
Preparation
    Make instant pudding according to directions, except use 3 cups instead of 4.
    When thickened, add Cool Whip.
    Line bottom of a 9 x 13-inch buttered pan with 1 layer of graham crackers.
    Pour 1/2 of pudding mix over crackers.
    Pour remaining 1/2 of pudding over second layer of crackers.
    Cover with third layer of crackers.
