Butterhorn Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast, dissolved in 1/4 c. warm water
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    5 c. flour
    1 c. scalded milk
    1/2 c. shortening
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Cream sugar and shortening.
    Add beaten eggs and salt.
    Add yeast and milk.
    Blend.
    Add flour.
    Knead until smooth.
    Let rise, covered, in refrigerator overnight.
    The next day, roll in a circle; spread with butter.
    Slice into pie wedges.
    Roll each slice from outer edge toward center.
    Let rise.
    Bake at 350\u00b0.
