Carrot Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. grated carrots
1 c. raisins
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1 pkg. frozen coconut or 1 c. canned coconut
1 small (6 oz.) can orange juice concentrate, thawed but do not dilute
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate.
