Hamburger Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pie crust
1/2 lb. ground beef (you can use sausage, ham or bacon)
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. sliced green onions
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. diced bell pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Brown meat; drain and set aside.
Blend mayonnaise, milk, eggs and cornstarch.
Stir in meat, cheese, onions, pepper and seasonings.
Pour in unbaked frozen pie shell at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until brown on top.
Can be baked and frozen.
