Yams Hawaiian Style - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans (1 lb. each) yams, drained
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. light brown sugar, packed
1 can crushed pineapple (8 1/2 oz.)
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. coarsely chopped pecans
Preparation

Slice yams into 1/2-inch thick pieces.
Combine with pineapple, butter, sugar and cinnamon in 1-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle top with pecans and brown sugar.
Bake in moderate oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
Serves 6 to 8.
