Sour Cream Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

10 potatoes, boiled, cooled, peeled and grated
1 pt. sour cream
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 can mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. butter

Preparation

Boil potatoes, cook, peel and grate.
Add remaining ingredients.
