Fried Green Tomatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            3/4 c. self-rising flour
 
1/4 c. cornmeal
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. milk
3 to 4 green tomatoes, sliced into 1/4-inch slices
Preparation
- 
                            Mix first 5 ingredients in a mixing bowl.
 
Dip sliced tomatoes in mixture and fry in small amount of oil until golden brown.
