Salmon Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can salmon
    1/4 c. Crisco
    1 tsp. finely chopped onion
    1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1 egg, beaten
    lemon rind (optional)
Preparation
    Reserve salmon liquid.
    Add milk to make 1 cup.
