Texas Pioneer Canning Jar Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. shortening
2 2/3 c. sugar
4 eggs
2/3 c. water
2 c. pumpkin
3 1/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Wash and dry 8 pint wide-mouth jars.
Grease well.
Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Place lids to jars in pan of water and heat.
