Chicken Breasts In Orange Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 large chicken breasts
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. ginger
1 1/2 c. orange juice
Preparation

Sprinkle chicken with 1/2 teaspoon salt.
Brown in butter in pan.
Remove.
Add flour, sugar, spices and remaining salt to drippings in pan.
Stir to a smooth (and ugly) paste.
Gradually stir in orange juice.
Cook, stirring, until mixture thickens and comes to a boil.
Add chicken.
Simmer over low heat until chicken is tender, about 20 minutes.
Serve with hot rice and sauce. Delicious!
