White Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. butter
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
4 eggs
3 tsp. baking powder
4 c. flour
1 (No. 2) can sliced pineapple, cut in small pieces
1 c. pineapple juice
1 lb. white raisins
1/2 lb. fine coconut
1/2 lb. candied cherries
1/2 lb. candied pineapple
1/2 lb. nuts, chopped
Preparation

Grease and flour 2 loaf pans.
Pam may be used.
Bake over a pan of water to keep cake moist.
Bake 1 hour at 225\u00b0, then 1 hour at 250\u00b0, and then 1/2 hour at 300\u00b0.
