Bacon Cheese Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded cheese (Cheddar and finely shredded Swiss)
    pie shell (frozen)
    5 to 6 slices cooked bacon
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 pt. whipping cream
    1/2 tsp. dill
    3 eggs
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Bake pie shell for 5 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Sprinkle 1/2 cup shredded cheese in pie shell and melt.
    Sprinkle bacon pieces and onion in pie shell.
    Add 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese over bacon and onion.
    In a separate bowl, mix whipping cream, eggs, dill, pepper and salt with a beater.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Then reduce heat to 325\u00b0 and bake an additional 20 minutes until firm.
