Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. hash brown Southern-style potatoes (frozen)
    2 c. melted butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
    10 oz. cubed Velveeta cheese
    cubed ham (optional)
Preparation
    Thaw potatoes and mix all together.
    Put into 9 x 13-inch dish.
    Top with 2 cups crushed corn flakes and 1/4 cup melted butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
