Quick Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. warm water
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. dry milk
    2 1/4 to 3 c. flour
    1 egg
    1/4 c. shortening or oleo
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water in a mixing bowl.
    Add sugar and salt; stir.
    Then add dry milk and half of the flour.
    Beat 2 minutes. Add egg and shortening.
    Then mix in, gradually, remaining flour until consistency of dough.
    Place in a greased bowl until it is doubled in bulk.
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Bake 10 minutes.
    Makes 1 dozen.
