7-Up Jello Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small pkg. lemon jello
    2 c. hot water
    2 c. 7-Up
    3 bananas, sliced
    1 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 small can crushed pineapple, drained (save juice for topping)
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. pineapple juice
    1 c. whipping cream
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in hot water. Add 7-Up.
    Refrigerate until it begins to jell.
    Add to jello mixture the bananas, marshmallows and crushed pineapple.
    Put in a 9 x 13-inch dish.
    Combine sugar and flour in saucepan. Stir in juice and egg. Cook over low heat until thick. Take from heat and add butter.
    Chill.
    Fold topping into whipped cream.
    Put on top of jello mixture. Cut into squares and serve.
