Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine
2 egg yolks, well beaten
1 c. sugar
1 c. dates
2 3/4 c. Rice Krispies cereal
3/4 c. pecans, chopped
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can coconut
Preparation

Melt margarine in heavy skillet.
Add beaten egg yolks, sugar and finely cut dates.
Cook about 6 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
Add cereal, nuts and vanilla.
Form into balls and roll in coconut.
