Pumpkin Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 oz. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. (3 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1/3 c. solid pack pumpkin
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. curry powder
1/4 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. pecans, finely chopped (optional)
Preparation

In small mixer bowl, combine cream cheese, Cheddar cheese, pumpkin, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, curry powder and lemon juice.
Mix well until creamy.
Cover and chill.
Shape into ball; roll in chopped pecans, if desired.
Garnish as desired.
Serve with crackers if desired.
Makes 1 1/2 cups.
