Pork Chops And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 pork chops
2 Tbsp. oil
1 c. rice (uncooked)
1 can tomatoes, chopped
1 1/2 cans water
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
3 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
-
Brown chops in oil; remove chops and season to taste.
Brown pepper and onion.
In baking dish add rice, water, vegetables and seasonings.
Mix well.
Place chops on top.
Cover and cook 30 to 45 minutes or until rice is tender.
